Our Roots

Follow the chronology of the sweet history of a family business that has been producing artesanal delicacies since 1936.


Ditta Iannini Biagio

Grandfather Biagio started the family pastry tradition as a student at the prestigious “Pasteleria Pantaleone de Salerno” in Italy. Shortly after, he founded the company “Iannini Biagio” in Maratea, sweetening many hearts and families in southern Italy.

Dolci & Rosolj

After Biagio’s death in 1953, Mama’ Maddalena kept the precious recipes for her children. Lorenzo, who was born shorty after, spent most of his life continuing with much love what his father had started. Eventually, founding in Maratea his “Antica Pasticceria Iannini, Dolci & Rosolj”, with the support of his extraordinary wife Titina.


Beautiful Tuscany

A unique place that has characterized the life of the Iannini family, from Montecatini Terme to Pistoia, where the sons of Lorenzo and Titina, Luca and Matteo, have been able to practice the art of gelato artigianale, refining their techniques and falling in love with the sweet world of Iannini.


Los Iannini

It was in 2014 that Luca decided to move his resources in the one and only Mallorca and along with his family founded “Los Iannini”, a company that produces artisan ice cream, cakes, coffees and pizzas… the real ones!
